Below is a breakdown of the one-time setup fees and other necessary expenses to make sure your property is compliant, safe, and ready to welcome guests.
A $500 initial property set up fee covers photography, listing creation, and adding your property to our website.
The upfront charge of $129 covers the annual inspection only.
Should our compliance inspector find that any alarms are missing or faulty or non-compliant an additional charge will be invoiced.
If you already have the compliance certificate please supply it and the fee will be waived.
